HELP?! I'm Eating Healthy But I'm Still Not Losing Weight

HEALTHY DOES NOT EQUAL LOW CALORIE!

To achieve weight loss you have to create a calorie deficit (burn more calories then you consume) and to achieve this you need to know how many calories are going in and out otherwise its all just guess work. 
To to know how many calories are going in, you need to learn to track (f you aren't following a meal plan). We recommend using My Fitness Pal (its a free app) and it will show you exactly what is in the foods you're eating. 
Once you begin to track, it is important to enter in EVERYTHING. Not adding some milk in your coffee or some butter on your toast, those calories begin to add up and because you know it your deficit is gone!
